From the image, it appears you are providing a ‘Window Material’ to an Opaque Construction’. Window materials should only be used in window constructions (not opaque constructions)

Thank you, it worked for the windows 
But I still could not find a way to create walls with specific U-value… has someone experience with this?
I think the simplest way, if you have a target R-Value (1/U-Value) you are after and don’t really care about the specific materials, is to use the ‘NoMass’ material in a sort of ‘sandwich’ mode:
So create an ‘outer’ and an ‘inner’ layer for your construction with normal materials, since you must define specific-heat-capacity and density to those ‘face’ materials, then use a NoMass material with your specified R-Value for the inner layer to get to your target U-Value.
