Importing future weather files in LBT1.3

I’m trying to use future EPW files generated using EPWShiftR in LBT v1.3. I am getting this error when importing the EPW file.

  1. Solution exception:invalid literal for float():

The same morphed file works with LB Legacy v0.0.69. However, I am not able to figure why it wouldn’t work with LBT 1.3.

The EPW file isn’t following the official EPW schema. There are big sections of empty fields for Opaque Sky Cover, which should be using a number like 99 to denote missing value:
