Impossibly high loads in HB LoadBalance results

Does anyone know any common reasons why the loads (specifically only conduction, infiltration, and solar gains) are so extremely large. There is obviously no reality where a month could have a solar gain of 6,268 kWh/m2. To clarify since it’s the obvious first question, my model units ARE set to metres.

I’m sure there’s another obvious solution I’m missing but I’ve been dealing with this for hours. Even if there isn’t a direct solution, any indication of how to troubleshoot is still valuable.

I’ve attached these screenshots of the resulting graph (and its crazy scale)

Hi @Roof_of_the_Fop, try validating your model with HB Validate Model to see if there are any issues slipping through the cracks:

This identified the issue which was that floor surface was upside down. Flipping it using the dir command in Rhino solved the problem and the outputs look correct.

(thank you so much, youre a lifesaver)

happy to help! glad it all worked out.
