I’m reading an article in the July edition of the ASHRAE Journal about a new method for calculating PMV including the effect direct solar radiation. This method is detailed in ASHRAE55-2017 Normative Appendix C. The article states “[the calculation method] has also been adopted within the Ladybug/Honeybee environmental plugins for a commercial 3D modelling software”.

Where can I find the component which performs this calculation?

Hi Simon,

I think that the name of the component is: Ladybug_outdoor solar temperature adjustor. You can use this component also for interior comfort calculation.
