Install Ladybug question

  1. Why do I get an error message during the installation process?
  2. I don’t have the folder resource in my folder.
  3. The bat file does not run on my computer either?

You have Non-ASCII characters in your Username and this is not compatible with Ladybug Tools or any of it’s underlying simulation engines (EnergyPlus, Radiance, etc). I suggest making another User account on your machine that has only ASCII characters.
