Installation error line 121 in script

Hello!
I’m trying to install ladybug tools on my computer but this error keeps showing up when iset the first component to true

Runtime error (EncoderFallbackException) : ‘ascii’ codec can’t encode character ‘\u39b’ in position 9: ordinal not in range (128)

Have you tried clean reinstall your Rhino and LBT? and start over?

I recommend you to install Revo Uninstaller, if you plan to reinstall Rhino and LBT. I’m not sure what kind of this problem but, maybe try install Python on your PC
