Internal loads not passing through to WUFI

Hey @edpmay I’ve been following along with the HBPH tutorials and now stuck at the occupancy and appliances. I understand the workflow changed slightly since the video came out, but I cant seem to get the internal loads to show up in WUFI. Tried testing out an individual appliance vs the US default and neither worked.

@edpmay is the one to ask!

Thanks - will tag him in my post.

Hi @aptvt,

Yes we had to change some of the components and workflow regarding the loads to properly support the full WUFI feature set. I know that’s confusing - but hopefully it’ll make sense once you try it out now. For reference, I’ve attached an example of how the basic workflow should be setup to add a simple appliance load to the WUFI model. Let me know if that works for you though?

Hey @edpmay , thanks for looking into this. When I run your example script I still see no internal load equipment in WUFI. Is it different for you?

Hmmm… yes that is very odd? yes when I run that sample script, it shows up in WUFI as:

can you send me the HBJSON and the WUFI-XML files that this script produces for you? If you can’t upload them to the forum here, feel free to send them via email to phtools@bldgtyp.com and I’ll be happy to take a look?

Maybe its a WUFI version issue? What WUFI version are your running?

I’m using WUFI V3.5.0.1 (free version). I emailed you the HBJSON and WUFI-XML files

WUFI Passive* V3.5.0.1

Just downloaded WUFI Passive V3.6.0.1 - still no internal loads showing up.
