Is butterfly generating periodic wind in wind tunnel?

I wonder if the wind simulated generating periodic wind in wind tunnel or a one-time wind blow?
Also, what’s the unit of the time. I generated for timestamp of 200. Does this mean 200s?

Butterfly can do steady wind simulation. The time step of 200 is just the iteration step nut the real time.
