Hi all,
I have encountered a problem after installing the latest version of Ladybug.
When I run Ladybug_Envi-met Spaces component, an error occured showing the following information:
Runtime error (Win32Exception): WindowsError
Traceback:
line 306, in main, “”
line 342, in script
I have read this topic Honeybee Runtime Error: Win32Exception, and checked if the ladybug folder is created. The folder does exist.
The error image is shown below. Thanks for the help!
Han
Hi @chfyhpyyy129 Han,
Could you connect a panel to “ENVI-Met Manage Workspace” output (envimetFolder)? And
Could you confirm that *.INX file exists in this folder here: D:\Envimet\ENVImet_projects\test4 ?
Please, let me know
Antonello
Hi Antonello,
Thank you for your reply.
I connetcted a panel and it shows the file path ‘’ D:\Envimet\ENVImet_projects\test4 ''
I also checked the *.INX file and it does exist in the folder.
Maybe it’s a problem with finding the right location of the file. I can open the INX file in Envimet, but couldn’t import the geometry into grasshopper.
Kind regards,
Han
I downloaded the latest version of Envi-met and everything went fine.
It seems to be a problem caused by the software version not compatible.
Thank you again. @AntonelloDiNunzio
