Ladybug Shadow bake

Hi Guys,

Currently I am doing some analysis which requires me to assess the total area VS the shaded area. When I bake, even though they are rendered in separate colours, it is still a single mesh. Is there any way I can bake only the shaded area and not the entire ground surface? or split them based on colours?

any help would be appreciated. Thank you


An update, this small thing helped without creating an elaborate script.
