I have been trying to install the software, but when I try to install it I get the following error
I have disabled the Windows firewall and also removed my antivirus (ESET). I saw a possible solution which was to delete the folder in C:\UsersJimena’sug_tools , but I already deleted it twice but it keeps repeating. Also, I downloaded Python and IronPyrhon and this is all I have done so far.
