Ladybug Weatherdata collection null and no internet connection?

Thermal simulation result has been blue which has all 0 value on the the result.
Is there any way to fix the problem? I am reinstalling several time but it keep showing 0 value.

All internet connection has been normal.

Need help.

I normally download the TMY3 files (epw, ddy,stat) first and connected epw file path with the next model you are using.
Not sure will that works for you or not.

You should place GenDayMtx.exe to C:\ladybug.
