Ladybug wrong calculation of cooling energy

my project is about the facades of buildings and i have a mashrabiyah on the glass of the facade of that building and i have to calculate the cooling energy and heating energy and how the they change if we push the mashrabiyah farther away from the glass facade for example if we shift it (20,40,60)cm’s, the cooling energy has to get lower the further the mashrabiyah gets right? However in this program its doing the opposite, the further i put the mashrabiyah the higher the cooling energy goes and also changing the material of the mashrabiyah doesn’t affect the cooling energy.
I would really appreciate any help or guidance on how to solve this problem

Hello @OmerNajat

Can you tell me what is your solar settings? is it FullInteriorAndExteriorWithReflections?

Hey @behnammmohseni
I believe it is , should i send u the file to take a look?

Sure, send me your internalised simulation, I can detect the challenge

@behnammmohseni thank you so much
For some reason i cant attach files here, where do you want me to send it to you?

mohseni.gharyehsafa.behnam@gmail.com

I received your file. I will consider it tomorrow.

A first glimpse, I cannot run your simulation, since the geometries are not internalised and they are empty.

Can you put the slide number of the solar dist to 4 and see what happens?

@behnammmohseni
Sorry i was actually wrong, it was not on
FullInteriorAndExteriorWithReflections
I’ll put it on it and see what happens

Hey there
I put it in
FullInteriorAndExteriorWithReflections
However the problem keeps happening, what should i do?

Hi @OmerNajat

Can you join a panel to the output and write here the message of the Severe error indicated?

@behnammmohseni
Sorry i dont understand what u mean exactly,
I actually have really good news tho, thanks to you now changing the material affects the cooling energy correctly, however when we shift the mashrabiyah 20,40,60,80,100 the cooling energy difference is very low as you can see in the image

@behnammmohseni
Thank you so much
The problem is actually solved thanks to you
I really appreciate your help, time and patience
