Mismatch between sensor grid count and number of UTCI/MRT result rows

Hi all,

I’m running an outdoor comfort study (UTCI + MRT) on a sensor grid, and I’m getting a row-count mismatch I can’t explain:

  • My sensor grid shows one number of points in Grasshopper (686)

  • My exported UTCI results have a different (larger) number of rows (1541)

  • My MRT results differ from UTCI by a few rows as well slightly (1533 , 1541)

The grid size setting was the same for the run, so I’d expect the number of result rows to match the number of sensor points, but they don’t.

Questions:

  1. What could cause the number of exported result rows to differ from the number of sensor grid points?

  2. Why might UTCI and MRT outputs from the same run have a slightly different row count?
