Missing Cooling Design Day Data

I am using the latest version of LBT and ran across an unusual issue. I find that the Cooling Design Day Data is not being copied correctly from the ddy file into the idf that is being generated by LBT. Specifically the two tau values needed for the ASHRAE 2017Tau model are being omitted. This is leading to incorrect solar loads on the peak cooling day. Can you please run a test and check if this is indeed true or not? Please try this file.

I cannot recreate this issue. I used the following script to simulate a shoe obx with this energy model:

… and the resulting IDF clearly has that tau values in it:

If anyone else is able to recreate the issue, please upload a sample .gh file and I can take a look.
