ModeltoOSM Error Unable to run

Hi Ladybug Forum!!

I am running into an issue installing with Pollination.exe

[17:04:43.897901 ERROR] [openstudio.workflow.OSWorkflow] Found error in state ‘OpenStudioMeasures’ with message: 'Failed to load measure ‘FromHoneybeeSimulationParameter’ from 'C:/Program Files/ladybug_tools/resources/measures/honeybee_openstudio_gem/lib/measures/from_honeybee_simulation_parameter/measure.rb

Has anyone run into this issue before? This error appears after running ModeltoOSM and after redownloading with Pollination.exe

Hi @washingaton are you using the food4rhino installer or the pollination installer?

I was checking this forum post: Solution exception:No file was found at C:\...\openstudio\out.osw - #17 by physee

It seems like Pollination installs incompatible versions of Openstudio and EnergyPlus.

Does anyone know how to downgrade openstudio and Energy Plus?

Hi @washingaton ,

The pollination installer is working correctly and OpenStudio comes with a compatible version of E+ so there will never be a version conflict there. The problem happens because you are using an old Grasshopper script with an old “Model to OSM” component in it, which is not compatible with the latest pollination/LBT-Grasshopper version.

I suggest running the LB Sync Grasshopper File with your old Grasshopper definition so that it will be synchronized with the components you have currently installed. If everything has run successfully, you’ll see that the “Model to OSM” component should be 1.8.3:

Hi @chris !! Thanks for responding so quickly, This did work for ModelOSM!! However, when I run the sample script “outdoor_comfort_under_a_tree”

I get this error, even after syncing the file?

Yes, there was a bug that @Byron reported today and I fixed a couple of hours ago:

You can get the fix on your end now by running the LB Versioner component.
