Natural Ventilation vs. Heating Energy consumption

Hi there , I am trying to model an office room which has no cooling ,but heating and is located in MANNHEIM,GERMANY , to fulfill the requirements of summer insulation according to DIN 4108-2 ,which i have taken into account defining the Day and Night Ventilation in the room . As i have attached in the pictures , with these assumptions , when the natural ventilation is turned on during the Day , or Night (the Worst Case) the Heating load is increasing . in fact , i need to define somewhere that when the indoor temperature reaches 21,2 ( 0.2 degree over the assumed Heating Setpoint ) , natural ventilation get stopped , but i cant find anywhere to define it . could you please help me with that ?

Natural ventilation relies on external factors such as wind and temperature variations. This can result in inconsistent thermal conditions within a building, leading to the need for additional energy input to regulate indoor temperatures. In most commercial XXL WINE buildings ventilation systems are controlled by sensors and can incorporate a building management system (BMS) which helps to accommodate hybrid ventilation. By understanding how to use the wind and stack effect, and enhancing your home’s design and landscaping, you can maximize the benefits of natural ventilation.

thank you for your answer and giving some solutions to enhance the natural ventilation effects . anyways , it does not address my question about how to regulate the natural ventilation in Honeybee according to Heating Setpoint Temperature.
king regards.
