We are excited to launch ClimateDataForBuildings.eu — a free, open-access resource delivering high-resolution climate datasets tailored for building performance analysis across Europe.
The platform provides:
- Typical Meteorological Years (TMYs) based on Copernicus CERRA data
- Thousands of locations — ready for energy modelling and simulation
- Interactive tools to compare datasets and weather variables directly in the browser
- Standardized formats designed to support research, engineering, and policy-making
This initiative aims to strengthen climate-resilient and low-carbon design by giving practitioners and researchers a shared, transparent foundation of quality climate data.
