Hi everyone. I am new to this plugin and I am trying to export a model from Rhino/GH to Design Builder. I kept on getting this error every time I plug in the door component. Is there anything that I am missing here?
I have tried to search for tutorials on how to export from GH to Design Builder but have not found any. If anyone knows a good place I can refer to, please do let me know.

This looks like a big in the component. At the same time, you’re using an older version. Update to the latest version and try again. This issue might have been resolved already.
Hi Mostapha. Is there anywhere I can find a newer version? I am using ladybug tools 1.5.0, which is the latest that I can find.
The screenshot is using version 1.4.1. If you still get the error with the latest version then you should share your sample file.
I have managed to use the correct version but the problem still persists. I am not able to upload any attachments since I am a new user. Is there any way I can email to you?
You can upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar services and share it here. Most likely I won’t be the person who will check this issue.
I don’t believe you need to add in the doors and apertures again, since you have already assigned them to the model in the ‘HB Add Subface’ component. The inputs for aperture and doors I believe are more for ‘unattached’ elements.
Try removing them from the HB Model inputs, and see if that works.

Hi, I have tried your suggestion and it does not show the error. However, it only exports the room with holes. The door and windows elements do not appear in the exported file. Any way I can get them altogether?
