Not equal number of mesh for ladybug recolor mesh

Hi guys,

I am doing a master thesis project, and plan to do wind simulation for indoor space through the butterfly plugin, but I have a problem with visualization results (photo), the building model is not a box. do you think the wind simulation must be in a shoebox model?
what should I do to fix it?

Looks like you probably have to use the native Grasshopper “Mesh Join” component to join those two meshes into one before you plug them into that component.
