when you hit the toggle to True, it takes sometimes to perform the update, then you need to close grasshopper and completely quit the Rhino and open Rhino again.
Is Utente your username on this machine? Or is it someone else’s? The components can’t access the source code libraries that they use, possibly because some other user installed Ladybug Tools on the machine and you are not signed in as that user.
To fix it, you could reinstall Ladybug Tools yourself being signed in under your username. Or, if you want to make sure that Ladybug Tools is set up so that it works for all users who might sign into the machine, you can use the free single-click Pollination Grasshopper installer, which includes all of Ladybug Tools:
