I hope this is the right place to ask my question, if not I will delete my question immediately. I don’t have much experience in energy simulations but I need an .osm template file which includes standard building and construction types for residential mid-rise buildings. I need for my simulations space types like: Kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet, hall, staircase etc. The best would be if the template has schedules and material sets included as well. It would help me a lot if someone knows where i can get such .osm template file from, without having to create it manually. Thank you very much

Welcome to the forum. Although Honeybee/Ladybug comes with some standard templates they are not as detailed as you would like them to be:
When you download Ladybug 1.5 it comes with a folder with samples. Here you can find out how to create your own programs.
