I recently installed Ladybug Tools from the Pollination website. However, whenever I try to use Ladybug in Rhino/Grasshopper, Rhino hangs for several minutes and then closes unexpectedly.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Ladybug several times, but the issue still persists. Kindly assist me in identifying the possible cause and advise on the appropriate steps to resolve this problem.
