PhD position as part of project "Light fields in climate-based daylight modeling for spatio-temporal glare assessment"

Posted on behalf of Lars Grobe. Please send your questions to: larsoliver.grobe@hslu.ch

Dear all,

supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation, we are going to start a new research project to find new approaches to glare evaluations accounting for spatial and temporal dimensions. This is a rather specialized topic in the field of daylighting and daylight simulation. The project will heavily rely on, and hopefully extend Radiance. Please find a description with further details under this URL:

Applications will be through an online system in August, and it is important to note that they must be for the employment in Lucerne and, in parallel, for the doctoral school at EPFL. This means that potential applicants need to get their documents ready within the coming few weeks.

Cheers, Lars.
