Hey @MingboPeng
I hope you are pretty well.
Many thanks for adding the Electric Load Center components in IronBug, they’ve been extremely helpful. I was wondering if it might be possible to develop a Flat Plate Photovoltaic/Thermal (PVT) collector component in IronBug. This would enable assessment of co-generation of heat and power from the same surface.
I’ve attached an OSM example below for reference.

Thanks a myriad for your support and assistance.

Hi @behnammmohseni thank for sharing the sample file. I just had a look, and it should be pretty straight forward to add. I will try to work on this weekend.

Hey @MingboPeng
That’s fantastic, thanks a million for your support and help.
Hi @behnammmohseni,
It turns out it is taking longer than I thought, but here is sample for you that you can use with the newest version of Ironbug released today (Nov 17th).

Please let me know if it works as expected.

Hey @MingboPeng
Fantastic, thanks very much.
I do not know why the thermal side of the PVT is not working; the Generator Produced Thermal Energy and the Inlet and Outlet Temperature of the PVT is fixed at 60, and the fluid mass flow rate of the PVT is 0.
Thanks a myriad for your time and support.
Sincerely,
Behnam
