Potential bug in Ladybug: "importEPW" reading file incorrectly

The system does not allow me to upload file as a new user. Here is the description of the essence of the bug.
When using the “importEPW” battery to read an EPW file, the first datum is for Dec 31, midnight, not Jan 1, 1am. I am not sure if it is a bug or a feature. The inconsistency did cause me a bit of confusion when I was using multiple simulation tools (ladybug + ClimateStudio).
The drybulb temperature of -19.4 is the last row when I read the EPW file using Notepad.

You found the correct culprit, @jerome . It all goes back to the fact that the EPW format does not use “real” date/times and instead uses times like 24:00, which do not exist on any clock that I know of or in any datetime module of any major computer language.
