You should be able to upload files now.
Perhaps the issue stems from the line, INFO: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0), though I can not deduce from the log what it refers to. The other line, INFO: Failed to load paths from C:\Program Files\ladybug_tools\python\li\site-packages\ladybug\config.json, is likely an installation issue.
How did you install the plugin? If you are able to I suggest that you use the single-click installer. See the first section in this post.
If you already used the single-click installer, and it did not solve the issue, are you able to share the whole project folder? That should be the folder in the following path:
C:/Users/muzav/simulation/Test_HB_annual_daylight/annual_daylight_enhanced
You have to zip the folder, and if it exceeds the size limit to upload here you will have to share it on Google Drive or something similar. Please also share the Grasshopper file with internalized geometry.
