Problem of Imageviewer in ladybug

Hey, guys. I’m in trouble.
An error occurred while I try to use Imageviewer component. I have already checked my Radiance version is 5.2.

It is because of your user name: “Moves Fine”, which has a space in it, and Radiance doesn’t like it.

You can use the HDR2TIF component to convert the HDR first.
