I tried to use “Honeybee_Indoor View Factor Calculator“ component, but I got a message which is “1. Solution exception:4f8c1843-ed1c-4c2e-8818-5a26e6831bc9”.

I cannot understand what is the “1. Solution exception:4f8c1843-ed1c-4c2e-8818-5a26e6831bc9”.

This can be related to corrupt geometry. But to be more helpful, attach your file with the geometry internalised.

I solved the problem, the solution is that: close the windows of grasshopper, then run grasshopper again.
