Problem with adding Window EP Material to Library

Hi.
I am facing a similar issue with - No being able to add window EP material to the library. I went through the links shared above as solutions.
However, I have no idea on how to edit the IDF file or copy my material to the “userCustomEPLibrary.idf”.
I need a window with the following specifications. I tried searching for likely values in the library, but no luck.

Any help would be great!
