Problem with HB Model to OSM Component

Hello Everyone,

following Error occurs when I try to simulate with HB Modul to OSM Component:

Solution exception:Failed to translate Model to OpenStudio.
Run pip install honeybee-energy[openstudio] to get all dependencies needed for OpenStudio translation.
Module use of python312.dll conflicts with this version of Python.

I have de- and reinstalled everything and also used the sync etc components.

Following Versions do I currently have, I also tried with 3.9 for openstudio before but for some of my colleagues recommended 3.10 because it fixed another problem I had:

Sorry for not seeing this sooner. I am unable to recreate the issue on my end.

I can see that you are using the Food4Rhino installer. Are you perchance on a Mac machine? If not, have you considered installing everything via the Pollination single-click installer? That might be the fastest way to solve the issue for you.

@fajarafriansh 's issue is unrelated and has a different exception message, which I think has already been fixed. It results from him running the LB Versioner last Thursday right while we were in the middle of updating a major dependency we use in Ladybug Tools. If he just runs the Versioner again, it should be fixed for him. If not, then he should open a separate topic with a sample file that recreates the issue.
