It’s on the list of things to be added to Honeybee-energy:
It’s probably not too far in priority after radiant HVAC systems and window frame objects. The main excuse I have for not putting it higher on the list is that the Dragonfly REopt workflows can do some pretty decent estimation of larger commercial-scale PV in scenarios in cases where it’s profitable, which is arguably the most popular way of doing PV these days. And the Radiance recipes can give you detailed estimates of solar energy if you’re trying to understand the impact of geometry on energy harvesting.
But I’ll implement something for the smaller-scale energy modeling cases that’s similar to the Legacy PV workflows at some point.
