Question about Micro-climate analysis

Hi guys
I am a beginner at Ladybug user. I tried to analysis microclimate analysis reference hydra formula, but my outcome is just shown one color.

I want to show various color like the hydra,

I don’t know what is the problem with this.
do you guys have any idea?

and how can I show temperature difference between hardscape and softscape based on thie microclimate analysis?

You need to share the file for somebody to help please. To model a softscape, please check the green roof example on hydra.
