I was trying to calculate solar radiation without context, but some radiation results became 0 kWh/m2. Could you tell me why it happens?

You have to check directionality of the surface. Direction vector should face towards the sun.
I checked the direction of the surface and faced towards the sun.
Increase the distance from base. Most likely the test points are intersecting with the face itself.
It’s the cause of the error. So grateful for all your help!
