Schrödinger's Radiance: both found and not found

This is a new bug with version 0.0.64. Honeybee prints a message that it “Found installation of Radiance” even though it has not.

The problem is that folders.RADPath is set to “”, which is not the same as None.

Furthermore, compatibility with NREL Radiance (in C:/Program Files/Radiance) seems to be broken in this version.

Thank you for reporting this and the smart Schrödinger’s reference! Not sure what has changed between the two release but we will make sure to address this.
