Service Hot Water Use Rate

Hi,

I am adding service hot water to my custom honeybee building programs, I have found water use from ASHRAE Handbook Chapter 50 for Office Buildings - 0.4gal/occupant/hr which I am using with my occupant density to get the input into the proper units for the honeybee component (L/sft). I am not finding many other resources for other program types such as education or performing arts centers. Does anyone have any other resources to reference or other methodologies for the service hot water component?

Ladybug legacy has ‘Commercial, public, apartment hot water’ component which calculates the hot water consumption for schools (separated junior and high schools):
