Setting minimal internal temperature for simulations - Honeybee

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using Ladybug/Honeybee for a couple of months now and been running simulations mostly successfully. I’m working with an environment (EnergyPlus weather file) that has minimal winter temperatures of minus 50ºC. The simulations with ideal air load on “true” give me interior comfort temperatures between 10º C and 15º C.

My first question is, is it possible to set a minimal internal temperature of 18ºC for example, because I have tried and failed. Also, if I try to set a temperature point of 22ºC or 24ºC it gives me errors because (I assume, don’t know if it’s true) the energy demand would already be too high? Is there such a limit in Honeybee?

Thank you very much for your attention,

Best regards,
Lea
