Hello,
I’m trying to calculate the effect of shades on the room’s energy balance by according the rising and lowering of the shades to the occupancy schedule. To do this I’m using Window Shade Generator component in Honeybee. In particular, I’m trying to set my shades on:
- ON at 50% ( shades lowered to cover 50% of my glazing area) when the people are in the room (occupancy > 0)
- OFF (no shades) when nobody is in the room (for occupancy = 0) .
I wonder if the shadeSchedule takes values between 0 and 1. I mean, can I use 0.5 to indicate the shades lowed at 50%?
