Simulation only loops once in Butterfly and snappyHexMesh fails to create joined mesh

Hi folks,
I am experiencing issues with a simulation in butterfly with two problems:

  1. The simulation only runs for one time step and then stops, see below:

  1. The snappyHexMesh tool fails to create a joined mesh, it seems just capturing the box alone.
