i dont know how to solve it .

The error message for this case is MUCH more helpful in LBT version 1.4. So I suggest upgrading to version 1.4 and see what the component tells you.

The most common culprit that we found for this error when working with people is that their IT had blocked their Radiance executables. So they needed to ask their IT to unblock them. But the component in version 1.4 will tell you for sure if this is the issue.
