Hi,
I’m trying to calculate the solar heat gains of for a room with windows opening into a glazed atrium. I tried two different ways of doing this and neither of them work.
(1) the atrium with skylights above was modelled as a zone and the window to the room was considered to be an interior window. But the window is not recognised as an interior window. Not sure where I’m going wrong.
(2) The skylights were added as a translucent shade. I get the same results. The transmittance does not affect the results.
Is there another way to do this?
