Sorey I have a basic question, if I want to consider solar radiation for thermal load, should I use any specific component for this? Or energy plus considers solar radiation itself?
Because I modeled a building with a zone which has a skylight but when I run energy plus, Surprisingly it has less amount of thermal load than other zones. Maybe You understand better by looking at the picture.

“totalThermalLoad” includes cooling and heating. So a lot of factors are taken into account. For solar radiation there is an specific output. (see image below).
