Strange error for the OS version

I installed Open Studio 3.9.0 but when i wanna run the OS the strange error comes up which the OS version is 3.7.0

can you help me?

I suggest to install 3.9 at the same location LBT is searching for … or install the whole package with the One Click Installer from Pollination.
I guess you installed it at the default location.

i install at drive C directly. how i can know where OS is installed?

i removed ladybug and installed again finally it worked

Good to hear.
OS for LBT is installed at:
C:\Program Files\ladybug_tools\openstudio
When you install OS independently the default location is C:\ and LBT is not searching there.
