Sunlight beam index (SBI)

I wonder if it’s possible to calculate the total amount of a cross section of a sunlight beam for 1 february in this case (see attached).

For a window I would like to calculate it in m2hrs. There is somewhere a multiply with the cosine needed.How could this be done or should I calculate first by the calculating the daylight coefficient? Thanks for any help.
