I am trying to illustrate a sun’s path movement within a day instead of throughout an entire day. Essentially I point within the sun path pointing towards center point which can be moved throughout the day. How do I achieve that.

I’m unsure what your question is, as it seems like you have already reached your answer? You can change the start hour and end hour to visually show the sun between a period within a day. Currently, with selecting 0 as start hour and 23 as end hour, you have selected to show it throughout the entire day.
So simply change the 0 input for start hour and 23 for end hour to what you are after.

If you wanted to draw a line between the centre point and the sun vectors, then you can use the native Line component and use the centre point as A and the sun vectors as B, which would draw a line to each position in the sun path. You can then select an individual line by a List Item component, or by changing the sun path to only show one hour.
