Looks like your NVIDIA driver is very old, try to update it first.

If it still doesn’t work, try to disable (unload) the Karamba and D5LiveSync plugins in PluginManager and restart the Rhino again:

The issue was caused by the D5. Disabling it fixes the crashing issue.
