I want to perform a environmental section where i want to show radiation results on a vertical plane. I have this problem (you can see in the attached file): Is it possible to rotate the legend segments according to vertical plane?

Looks like a bug for when you just have a single surface with no context but it should not make an issue in your case. Keep the test points closer to the surface. Looks like you have set distance from surface to a very high number which will gives you a wrong result.
In any case you can use create legend component to create your own legend based on the results of the analysis and orient them to the camera.
