Anyone have any insight on why i get this error when attempting to apply interior constructions to the solve adjacency component?

Thanks for reporting, @jakechevrier . This was a bug and I just pushed a fix for it:
You can get the fix on your end with the LB Versioner in an hour or so.
The component was trying to give you a warning about material layers in reversed order between adjacent faces so it might be good to check this in your model.
