I installed the programs exactly in the compatibility matrix and I got this message. (Just running the example file (operational_carbon_emissions.gh)

It’s likely that some IT restriction or antivirus software is preventing you from actually executing the URBANopt simulation.

I just added an exception for it in the Windows defender. And still got the same error as above.
And I tried to run the env_uo.bat. Here’s the screenshot.

Hi @zws ,

I know that I’m late in responding here but I doubt that Windows Defender is the issue here. You likely need your IT department to greenlight the URBANopt executable for you.
