Hi, I am using URBANOpt with dragonfly for energy simulation. Although URBANopt will run, it will abruptly terminate after the SYSTEM CALL and get no results. I don’t know what the problem is, I also tried the “from_building_footprints” example file and after the SYSTEM CALL, the simulation shows Error running command and DONE, result = false.
